Due to the expansion of our Vietnam business, we are seeking expression of interest from suitable candidates for the position of Sales Executive. The position will be based in Hanoi office.

General requirements:

– Ability to work independently or as a part of a team

– A pro-active, self- motivated, quality-driven personality

– Age from 30 – 40

– Good spoken and written English

– Well developed skills in communication, organization, and interpersonal relationships

– At least 5 year experience in similar position


Main responsibilities:


  • Develop customer databases
  • Update current customer contacts
  • Find new potential customer contacts
  • Compose emails and make phone calls to customers to introduce and call for sponsorship
  • Email should be written in a professional manner
  • Phone call need to be well-scripted
  • Communication status need to be taken note into databases and reported to key salespersons
  • Coordinate to provide customers with after-sales services
  • Collect customers info (logo, company profile, products/ solutions highlights, etc) to ensure customers’ exposure in the event documents
  • Reply customers enquiries
  • Other logistics activities during the onsite days to ensure the execution of customers’ benefits as stated in the contracts
  • Upload customers’ information to the event websites
  • Coordinate with logistics team to produce Event documents (e.g. Event Directory, Banners, etc)
  • Translate customers’ documents
  • Support in developing sales materials
  • Sales proposal
  • Sponsorship packages
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by CEO & team leader.
